Big Muffler Shop

Honest. Quick. Great quality for a fair price. Skip card fees and pay in cash. Dominique raised my car identified the issue right away, had it done and out of there before I could even make it back from grabbing crash. I had a flex pipe replaced and welded for 200 and I was out of there before lunch hour was over. The weld job was beautiful! If you are looking for a great experience and honest quality work, I would recommend this shop. My car sounds so nice a quiet again and has the power back.

These guys did a great job fixing my exhaust. Everything was done clean and professional, and now it sounds exactly how I wanted. I really appreciate their work and definitely recommend this shop

First time visit yesterday with an appointment. Was promptly seen. After evaluation by the technician, was told the noise I was hearing was just a loose clamp and not a muffler/exhaust problem. He welded it and I was out of there in 15 minutes. He could have upcharged/ upsold me and I would have not known the difference. I so appreciate the honesty and courtesy of the employees. I bypassed many closer shops to come here. I would do it again should the need arise. We'll done !!

Called to have new catalytic converters and exhaust installed. Talked to someone on a Thursday and they told us to drop our truck off by 10 Monday morning. Not only did they do a great job but got it done the same day so we could get to our scheduled jobs for the day. They are good people and we appreciate them getting us in and out so quickly as well as charging a fair price for what they did. Thank you and we will return when more exhaust work may be needed.

Called a little after 8am (right when they open) to ask about removing a resonator. The guy gave me a price and I told him I could be there in an hour or two. He specifically told me to come at 12pm. I confirmed I’d be there at 12, and he said that was fine. I drove 45 minutes and arrived at 12:01. When I walked in, I was told there were “11 cars ahead of me” and that I’d need to come back Monday. If there were already 11 cars ahead of me, that would’ve been helpful information at 8am before I made the drive. Don’t tell customers to come at a specific time if you’re not actually going to honor it. Zero accountability, zero apologies. Was only told that all the cars are "across the street" to which I dont even know how to reply as it has nothing to do with why they decided to waste my time.
